Coast to Coast information board at St Bees

A stainless steel banner, funded by The Wainwright Society, has been mounted on the top of the ‘Wainwright Wall’ at St. Bees, denoting the starting point of the Coast to Coast Walk. It has been placed above a new information board, which was unveiled by Eric Robson, Chairman of the Society, in May this year. The banner bears the words, ‘Start of Coast to Coast Walk’, which are set below a copy of Wainwright’s gradient profile of the route...
