August 8th – Finsthwaite Heights Society Walk

The M.V. Teal was taken from Bowness down Windermere to Lakeside from where the group headed to Finsthwaite Tower, Finsthwaite and High Dam before returning on the M.V. Tern.  The weather was great, the views and company were top notch.

Thanks to Mark Abbott for researching and sharing a lot of interesting information on the different areas walked and for organising another wonderful day out.
