Society General Meeting – Saturday 29th March 2025

Notice is hereby given to members that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on Saturday 29 March 2025 at Staveley Village Hall, commencing  at 3.15 pm.

Any business for inclusion in the agenda and any nominations for Officers of the Society should be received by the Secretary in writing by Thursday 27 February 2025 (*see note).  These should be sent by post to: The Secretary, The Wainwright Society, 8 The Willows, Durdar, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA2 4UP or by email to: secretary@wainwright.org.uk

The meeting will be preceded by a walk to Brunt Knott. There will also be a presentation on the upgrading of AW’s Coast-to-Coast Walk to National Trail standards, starting at 2.30 pm.
